If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding the mind, how it works, its problems, its resolutions, and, a further note, opened my eyes as to the amazing expanse of recalls, not necessarily limited to his lifetime.
