If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with work in general. It also helped me with every day situations and stresses. There is a process in the book called "Take a Walk." This process really helps a person get outside their problems.
