If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: A New Slant on Life.
This book really helped me by formulating into words all the thoughts and ideas I’ve “kind of” thought were true, but didn’t have the words or “empirical evidence” for!
