     I have worked many years in technical fields. My college degree is in Math. Most of my career is Electric Power Engineering.

     When I found Scientology, I learned I had brushed across references to it before. But most excitedly, I found it explained why I was such a good tutor to help other students. Scientology gave me ways to understand why and how I know what I know and how to help others study & learn more concepts that they can retain and use. The “Study Technology” made such perfect sense and expanded my knowledge and certainty about education and that anyone can be salvaged no matter how bad their education or experiences. I already had that viewpoint & many good experiences, but now I know it with deeper certainty.

     I changed careers to electric power engineering which I knew nothing about. As a child I put a bobby pin on my finger & stuck it in a wall socket. After that I did not want to know anything more about fire or electricity. Even as a Scientologist I was hesitant to step into electric power engineering, but the hiring manager believed he could teach me electricity with my math & computer skills. I also had LRH Study Technology to help me. I progressed through Engineer In Training certification and success in utility planning & operations, consulting and a government regulatory agency. I’m now the assistant project manager for “Strategic Planning” as we make changes to facilitate well functioning markets in electric restructuring & other energy sectors.

     Without the LRH Study Technology I could not easily accomplish these career activities. Beyond that, I am able to learn the rules or boundaries and often push them to limits or create new limits to accomplish the impossible. I’ve researched for projects where the data was assumed to not exist or be completely proprietary. I’ve let contracts without contention in record time. I’ve used communication skills to encourage others to voluntarily help where I had no technical budget or resource allocation to get something important done.

     I have so much more understanding of people and processes, communication & intelligence, priorities & guidelines, and other facets of life than I ever imagined were knowable. My self confidence has grown, but more importantly, my ability to appreciate the value of people I meet is ever increasing such that I’d estimate I have more than a thousand people who would consider me their friend, and I love each of them for their uniqueness. We are able to work in harmony whether for fun, employment, or community causes. To be able to know who I am, my relationship to God and the rest of the Universe, how much more I am capable of, and then have the confidence and ability to manifest my best, are gifts beyond comparison.
