If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me to understand more about myself and others. What was really refreshing about the book was that after seven years of college, I was invited to observe data rather than just be expected to memorize.
