I was riding my bike one day and I saw someone from the Church giving a stress test. I was asked to take one. I was asked a question while holding onto two cans that were hooked up to a special meter. Immediately the device reacted. I was asked, What did you just think about, and I realized that the machine did indeed register on the thought which was on my mind, which, in itself, amazed me. It then occurred to me that if a device existed that could detect what was bothering a person, then, knowing that it could be located, I knew that there was a chance that something could be done about it.
I began reading Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health. I have to admit that I was very skeptical about it. I read the first chapter and it seemed that L. Ron Hubbard thought the same way I did. And so I began my journey through Scientology. It has done a lot for me. Everyday I become more and more aware of my environment; more truthful with myself and others. And it feels good to be part of a group that uses the greatest good for the greatest number as their operating basis. The best way to learn about this is to start reading the basic books of L. Ron Hubbard. It will give you what you need to know about Scientology. Your first training step should be the Personal Efficiency Course. Once you begin, expect a rocket ride up! Good luck!
